New Moon Circle

Yogi Bhajan's Teachings about the Aquarian Age

Sunday April 3, 2011

6.30 - 8.30 p.m.

Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga says:

The Aquarian Age is dawning.

The final cusp ends on November 11, 2011.

There are many dimensions to the radical shift of this Age.

People everywhere are talking about it, making predictions or debunking it.

Some sense the shift as a cataclysm or end of the world,

others as a new beginning,

and still others as a time of uncertainty and unpredictability.

We have always experienced change, but rarely with this intensity and speed and never with this scope and vastness.

This change is radical, not incremental.

It is a simultaneous change in both outer and inner worlds.

The mind is changing its sensitivity,

its basic frequency and functioning.

Our lifestyle is changing its sense of time, space, relatedness, and relevancy.

Five Sutras for the Aquarian Age by Yogi Bhajan:

1. Recognize that the other person is you.
2. There is a way through every block.
3. When the time is on you, start, and the pressure will be off.
4. Understand through compassion or you will misunderstand the times.
5. Vibrate the Cosmos. The Cosmos shall clear the path.

Five Tibetan Rites

Saturday April 30, 2011

10.00 - 11.30 a.m.

Many years ago I became inspired by the book of Peter Kelder Fountain of Youth. I followed described teachings for three years with daily exercises and felt great. When I began with lengthy and more demanding Kundalini Yoga sadhana I had stop with Five Tibetans. However, I like to come back to them from time to time and check how am I doing. I enjoy sharing teachings of Five Tibetan Rites with my yoga students because this is excellent sequence of exercises, it is short and effective. I usually schedule a workshop every two months and occasionally follow up with fine tuning class.

The workshop is a single introductory class into a system of exercises, which would set you up for your own individual practice. It is suitable for people who do not have time for longer yoga sets, but are able to allot 10 - 15 minutes daily for their own wellness. Daily practice is essential for this transformative system of exercises.

Five Tibetan Rites were put together by ancient Tibetan lamas. They understood that our body has seven energy centers (chakras) centered on seven endocrinal glands (reproductive glands, pancreas, adrenals, thymus, thyroid, pituitary and pineal glands). Chakras stimulate the glands to produce hormones, which regulate all of the body's functions, including the process of aging. In a healthy body each of these vortexes (chakras) revolves at great speed permitting vital life energy to flow upward through the endocrine system. But if one or more of these vortexes begins to slow down, the flow of vital energy is inhibited or blocked causing ill health and aging.

At the class you learn five simple exercises starting with 3 repetitions of each one. Week by week you should add 2 more repetitions until you reach 21 repetitions of each exercise. By this time you would feel differently and gradually your overall health improves. This system is fabulous for many spinal problems or back pains. There are millions of people around the globe who benefit from this system by many different ways.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a bottle of water to drink and do not eat two hours before the class.

By donation.

Movie Night at the yurt:

“Something Unknown... Is Doing

I Don’t Know What ”

Saturday April 30, 2011

Saturday May 7, 2011

7.00 - 9.30 p.m.

Renee Scheltema kindly allowed me to schedule

two public screenings of her amazing movie.

Collected donations and proceed from DVD’s,

which I’ll have for sale, shall go directly to her account.

My reward is your attendance and understanding of the phenomena of life once greatly distorted by media and mainstream education. In beginning of the movie you will “visit”

Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, where I did my masters,

and studied with professor Tart who is one of your guides there.

In this documentary Renee explores the world of parapsychology. She takes the viewer on a fascinating spiritual journey into

the science behind psychic phenomena, where the boundary between 'real' ability and fraud is tested.

Something Unknown explores these five scientifically 'accepted' areas of parapsychology:

Telepathy -  refers to mind-reading or mind-to-mind communication. It literally means "distant feeling".

Clairvoyance - the psychic ability to perceive remote places, objects or people. A scientific term for clairvoyance is 'Remote Viewing'.

Precognition - an alleged psychic ability to predict the future. It sometimes comes as a vision, a mental flash or a dream.

Psychokinesis - 'PK' for short, is the ability to move objects with the power of the mind only.

Psychic Healing - a spiritual practice that may afford gradual relief from pain or sickness, and sometimes brings about sudden 'miracle cures'.

Top scientists, parapsychologists, psychologists, doctors, physicists, healers, and explorers in the field of research who appear include Dean Radin of IONS, Prof. Gary Schwartz, Dr. Larry Dossey, Prof. Charles Tart, Dr. Rupert Sheldrake, Dr. Edgar Mitchell, and Dr. Eric Pearl.

Renee describes this movie as “labour of love”

and you will all agree after you see it.

The message, which this film delivers, is very important for us

to understand at these days of Great Transformation.
